Appointment Setter
My first job in the online world. Sixteen, on the phones in the lifestyle and fitness niche, learning how to turn a cold name into someone who actually wanted to buy.

Sales Manager
Setting taught me the front half of a sale. At Grace Interiors I took the whole thing, end to end, the company's complete client acquisition sitting on my desk.

Appointment Setter
I wanted to see selling done at real scale, so I joined one of the largest e-commerce operations going and got back on the phones, this time at serious volume.

Then I stopped doing it for other people. MediaSphere is mine, the agency where I close the deals and build the systems that deliver them. Everything before this was the apprenticeship.

A dashboard for UCD students with learning disabilities. A browser extension scrapes everything from Brightspace and rebuilds it into one clear command centre: deadlines, modules, and a pass calculator, laid out the way they actually think, not the way the average user does.

A linked knowledge base for coaching: athlete profiles, training blocks, drills, and session plans, all cross-referenced so a full season of context is one click away. The same 'everything is a system' approach I bring to the rest of my work, pointed at sport.

The family garden furniture brand, predominantly pergolas. I co-founded it and built the digital side: domain, email infrastructure, funnel, and storefront.
Visit the storecalls answered for a busy medical centre by an agent I built. Every inquiry, since August 2025: bookings, prescriptions, opening hours, the lot.

Off the clock

Rugby has run alongside everything on this page. The Junior Cup with St Michael's, Leinster at under-18 and under-19, then a year of senior rugby with Old Belvedere straight out of school. Now I'm on the UCD Sports Scholarship.
